EC card payment

I. Delivery throughout Germany

1. When picking up: EC card payment

If you prefer to pick up our products directly from us, you can of course do so. Please contact us well in advance so that we can smoothly and conveniently arrange an appointment during our business hours, when we will have everything ready for you.

When picking up your order, you can only pay by using your debit card to settle the amount due on site.

3. Advance payment by bank transfer

If you would like to transfer the amount due to us in advance, you can do so by explicitly stating the order number to the following bank details:

Note: Please note that we can only begin processing your order and production after we have received your payment, which may result in delays in processing and delivery times.

Amazon Pay

4. Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is available as a payment option. If you wish to redeem Amazon vouchers, you must do so directly via the Amazon website in your customer account—we cannot do this in our store. We ask that you do not transfer any money to our business account.

PayPal

5. PayPal account

You can easily pay via PayPal. All payment options offered via PayPal are available to you. If you choose this payment option, you will be redirected to the PayPal website after the order process, where you will need to register with your PayPal account. After successfully registering and completing the PayPal process, you will be redirected to our website, and your order will be completed.

If you would like to pay by invoice via PayPal, you can do so for orders up to a total amount of €1,500. This requires that the credit check, to which you previously agreed, has been carried out and the result has been positive.

Under certain circumstances, PayPal may modify the payment deadline. We have no control over this. If you have any questions, please contact PayPal Customer Support directly.

Paypal

6. PayPal – without a PayPal account: credit card, direct debit, purchase on account

You can order from us even without a PayPal account. If you choose this payment method, you can choose from the following options: purchase on account, payment by direct debit, or payment by credit card.

We will then receive the amount paid directly from PayPal and you will then need to contact PayPal to process the payment.

Klarna

7. Klarna payment methods

You can also choose the payment service provider Klarna, allowing you to choose between Klarna SOFORT and Klarna purchase on account. We ask that you do not transfer any money to our business account.

When paying by Klarna, your billing address must match your delivery address. Please ensure that the information you provided is correct, as otherwise the credit check may be incorrect and result in a negative outcome. You must transfer the outstanding amount to the account provided by Klarna within 14 days.

With Klarna SOFORT , you must have an online bank account with a PIN/TAN function. After selecting this payment method, you will be immediately redirected to Klarna, and once the subsequent transaction has been successfully completed, your order is complete.

II. Delivery outside Germany

If you have ordered your delivery to an area outside of Germany, we offer you the option of paying in advance, via Klarna or PayPal.
