• The weight of your custom wall mirror depends largely on three factors: height, width, and glass thickness. Depending on the desired features, the weight of the lighting and electrical components, the mounting bracket, and any other optional extras also play a role. You can find out the likely weight of your mirror in advance using our calculator – or simply ask us directly.

Can I hang my wall mirror vertically?

• Since you can customize both the height and width, you can also hang the large full-length mirror vertically in the hallway. A wall mirror can create particularly interesting accents in the living area. You get extra flexibility if you choose the "loose mounting plates" option: Here, you decide where to attach the plates to the back of the mirror. In this case, please note that at least 24 hours should pass between attaching the plates and installation.

What do I need to consider during installation?

• Your wall mirror is usually delivered ready to install (except for the "loose hanging brackets" option). Depending on the condition of your walls, you may need additional mounting hardware (L-hooks, wall anchors, etc.). Please ensure that you store the mirror carefully, for example, on a blanket or a thick towel. Since a large full-length mirror can be very heavy in the hallway, please have someone help you install it. What lighting do you recommend for my wall mirror?

• The appropriate lighting for your wall mirror depends on its intended purpose. For example, if you're using the mirror as an illuminated dressing table mirror, cool white or neutral white light is recommended, as this highlights contours and contrasts particularly well. However, for a large full-length mirror in the hallway, warm white light can also be suitable, creating a pleasant atmosphere. RGB LED or dimmable lighting are well suited for the living area, as they allow you to adjust the mirror lighting to suit your mood.
